Beachside residences are available from 23rd August 2025 – 25th April 2026.
Standard bookings*
For guests wishing to reserve and stay for 4 weeks or more and pay in 4 weekly instalments the below rates apply.
Termly bookings**
Students or other guests who wish to reserve for the term can benefit from the reduced weekly rate when the rate for the term is paid in advance.
- Autumn term: 13th September – 13th December 2025
- Spring term: 27th December 2025 – 4th April 2026
For termly bookings, belongings can be left in rooms during the Christmas holidays, if returning for the following period. It may be possible to stay during this time.

Peterborough House will be available from the end of October 2025 until end of March 2026 for winter rentals (minimum 4 week stays).
